Please contact the store directly. We receive new sizes regularly and sometimes what is available in store might not be reflected online. If you reach out to us, we can set your size aside for you and ship them or help you with curbside pickup.

If you have a Gift Card that you bought in store, that credit can only be used in our physical store. We now offer Gift Cards that you can buy on our website and can be used to shop online. Online gift cards can be used only online. Click HERE to see our online Gift Card options.

Gift cards and store credits are non‑refundable and have no monetary value. They can be redeemed only for product at Bryce Shoes. If you make a purchase using a Gift Card or store credit, and later return it, the refund will go back onto store credit.

Return Policy

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Footwear must be unworn.
  • Footwear must be in its original box.
  • All returns must be approved before you ship back to the store. Simply contact the store during regular business hours to seek approval.
  • Bryce Shoes does not provide free return shipping, nor refund original shipping costs.
  • We accept returns for a full refund on full‑price items only, excluding any original shipping fees.
  • No unauthorized or COD returns will be accepted.

No, you are responsible for shipping fees to return full‑priced product to us, but you are welcome to bring your purchase to our store.

For orders outside certain regions, shipping options and amounts will be shown in your cart during checkout.

Orders above a certain amount before tax will be shipped free of charge for specific regions only.

Orders below that amount before tax will be shipped for a flat fee for those same regions.
